TRI-LUMA CREAM – Tri-Luma® Cream (fluocinolone acetonide 0.01%, hydroquinone 4%, tretinoin 0.05%) is a unique triple-combination topical therapy for the short-term (8 week) treatment of the dark spots associated with moderate to severe facial melasma. Tri-Luma® Cream should always be used in conjunction with sun-avoidance measures, like using sunscreens and wearing protective clothing.
Tri-Luma® Cream has three active ingredients that work together and may help lighten the dark spots associated with moderate to severe melasma. In clinical studies, 38% and 13% of subjects who had moderate to severe melasma and were treated with Tri-Luma® Cream had clear skin in 8 weeks.

The three active ingredients in Tri-Luma® Cream are:

• Fluocinolone acetonide: a low potency, anti-inflammatory (cortisone) cream
• Hydroquinone: a bleaching agent
• Tretinoin: a form of vitamin A*
